Effective date: 22 May 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CloudGenix websites, hosting services, domain services, email hosting, SSL services, technical support, and any related products or services provided by CloudGenix.
By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting a support ticket, or using any CloudGenix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
In these terms, “CloudGenix”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to CloudGenix. “Client”, “you”, and “your” refer to the person, business, or organization using our website or services.
CloudGenix provides web hosting, shared hosting, domain registration assistance, domain transfer assistance, DNS support, email hosting, SSL certificate support, website migration assistance, and technical support services.
Some services may be delivered directly by CloudGenix, while others may depend on third-party providers, registrars, infrastructure providers, control panels, payment gateways, or SSL authorities. CloudGenix will make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and professional service experience.
To order, manage, or renew services, you may be required to create a client account through the CloudGenix client area.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities that occur under your account.
CloudGenix is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by weak passwords, shared credentials, malware on your device, or failure to secure your login information.
Services must be paid according to the prices, billing cycles, and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase or renewal.
It is your responsibility to keep your services renewed on time. Failure to pay invoices before the due date may result in service suspension, interruption, termination, data removal, or domain expiration.
Prices may change from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply to new purchases, renewals, or service upgrades according to the applicable billing terms.
CloudGenix hosting services are intended for legitimate websites, business profiles, landing pages, blogs, online stores, and related professional use.
You must not use CloudGenix services for:
CloudGenix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service that violates these terms, affects server stability, harms other users, or exposes CloudGenix to legal or technical risk.
Shared hosting resources are shared among multiple clients. You agree to use server resources fairly and responsibly.
Excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, email sending, database usage, or traffic abuse may require optimization, upgrade, temporary limitation, or suspension to protect server performance and other clients.
If your website grows beyond the capacity of your current hosting plan, CloudGenix may recommend upgrading to a more suitable service.
Domain registration, transfer, renewal, and management depend on domain availability, registrar rules, registry policies, ICANN rules where applicable, and the requirements of each domain extension.
You are responsible for providing accurate domain ownership and contact information. Incorrect or outdated domain contact details may result in failed verification, suspension, transfer delays, or domain loss.
Domain transfers may require unlocking the domain, obtaining the EPP/Auth code, confirming the transfer request, and ensuring that the domain is eligible for transfer.
CloudGenix is not responsible for domain loss caused by expired domains, incorrect contact information, delayed payment, rejected transfer requests, registrar restrictions, or failure to complete verification steps.
CloudGenix may assist with DNS configuration, email setup, and SSL activation. DNS changes may take time to propagate depending on global DNS caching and third-party network conditions.
Email hosting must not be used for spam, phishing, mass unsolicited emails, or any activity that may harm server reputation.
SSL certificates may be provided, installed, or configured depending on the selected service, availability, validation requirements, and the related certificate authority or provider.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of website files, databases, emails, and important data.
CloudGenix may provide backup assistance or server-level backup options depending on the service, but backups are not guaranteed unless clearly included in your selected plan or agreement.
CloudGenix is not responsible for data loss caused by user error, malware, expired services, unpaid invoices, third-party scripts, website updates, compromised accounts, or external systems.
CloudGenix may assist with website migration when requested. Migration depends on access availability, website size, source server condition, software compatibility, database structure, and other technical factors.
We will make reasonable efforts to migrate websites safely, but we do not guarantee that every website, email account, plugin, script, or custom system will migrate without adjustment.
CloudGenix provides support through the official support ticket system. For technical requests, billing questions, domain issues, DNS support, SSL support, or migration requests, you should submit a ticket through the official support page.
Support requests can be submitted here: Open Support Ticket
Support response times may vary depending on request type, service priority, workload, third-party dependencies, and the complexity of the issue.
Some CloudGenix services may rely on third-party infrastructure, software, registrars, payment processors, SSL providers, control panels, or cloud providers.
CloudGenix is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, price changes, service interruptions, verification delays, or technical limitations caused by third-party providers.
CloudGenix aims to provide stable and reliable hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, security incidents, hardware issues, network problems, upstream provider issues, domain or DNS problems, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
CloudGenix may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms & Conditions, fail to pay invoices, abuse server resources, send spam, host prohibited content, harm other users, or create legal, technical, or security risks.
Suspension or termination may result in temporary or permanent loss of access to services, websites, emails, files, databases, and related data.
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, text, design elements, graphics, and materials on the CloudGenix website are owned by CloudGenix or used with permission.
